To Send a Gift Subscription:
1. Please complete above steps.
2. Click "Review Order and Continue" to enter a different shipping address for Gift Subscriptions.
3. Please note, the shipping address will appear as your own. Click on link "Change" to add a shipping address other than your own.
4. MM will send the recipient a letter to notify them of the gift and who the gift giver is.
