FIORE Artisan Olive Oils & Vinegars is a tasting room/retail shop in Bar Harbor and Rockland, Maine, offering freshly bottled extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars. The tasting room environment offers customers the opportunity to taste and have their selections bottled on-site.

FIORE “chases the crush,” aligning with small regional growers in both hemispheres enabling the freshest extra virgin olive oils from around the world to be available within 6-8 weeks of any harvest.

The balsamics are produced in Modena, Italy. The range of aged balsamics includes 12 and 18 year balsamico condimento, as well as 35 and 140 year Aceto Balsamico Tradizionale Extravecchio.
