My partner Evert and I took our first trip to Maine in October 2010.  We spent an extended weekend at the 2 Village Square Inn in Ogunquit, which had copies of your magazine.  We made our return trip a few weeks ago and spent additional time in Portland and went back to Ogunquit.  Evert is a former designer, now chef - so much of our trips revolve around food (Otto's, Fore Street, Standard Bakery, and others were on the list this year) and culture (Portland Museum of Art, Angela Adams studio, etc.).  It is our wish to have a second home in Maine in a few years and it's definitely on our retirement list (though...we have a ways go being in our mid-30s).  We're hoping to make more than one trip in 2012!
