I was the chef at Bradford Camps, Munsungan Lake last summer when your magazine came up to do a piece on us. I then saw several back issues and was pretty impressed with the quality of photography and writing. I myself have made a career out of cooking at small, remote lodges around the world, preferring authentic hospitality and wilderness to the glitzier life of a restaurant chef. I applaud you for looking beyond lobsters and lighthouses!
