Mindfulness, #120

As we move into a new year, many of us are taking time to count our blessings and look forward to blessings ahead. We are best able to know the bounty of our lives when we are fully present, enjoying the moments as they come to us. Today we speak with experts in the field of mindfulness, who are helping educate health care providers and patients about being more fully present. We hope that our conversations may give you an opportunity to count your blessings from 2013, and consider the importance of mindfulness in the year ahead.
