Tom’s wisdom comes from observing the interactions people have with their money, health, time, and relationships. His formal training is in engineering and business management, with experience teaching, coaching, and community building. Before founding Shepard FINANCIAL, he was a partner at Hersey, Gardner, Shepard & Eaton, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial. Tom has plans in the works for two books: Raising Cain— Key Learnings about Money for Kids, Adolescents and Young Adults, and From Adam and Eve to Cities of Gold—the Evolution of You and Your Money.

Elizabeth Fraser & Maggie Knowles, 2 friends brought together by the joy of raw & living food created Kids Gone Raw.  Both have some rawmazing kids in their lives (Maggie’s a mom & Elizabeth is an Auntie) & know the power & importance a healthy lifestyle plays in living the best life.

Elizabeth Fraser is a living foods enthusiast and a painter from Portland, Maine. She was first introduced to raw food in the Spring of 2009 and was so intrigued … could this lifestyle really make her feel more energetic, lose weight & gain mental clarity?

Maggie Knowles has covered the local arts, food and creative side of Portland, Maine for almost a decade. She is a columnist for the Portland Daily Sun & a vegetarian blogger for examiner.com.

Travis Wiggitt

Travis Wiggitt is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and currently has a private practice in Brunswick, ME.  Travis works with children, adolescents, adults and couples with a variety of mental health issues, including Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders, Developmental Disorders and relationship problems.  He has a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and has been working with children, adults and families for over 15 years in residential and and community based programs in Vermont, Rhode Island and Maine.
