While Arrows Restaurant has sadly shut down, it’’s still possible to taste the cuisine of James Beard-award winning chefs Mark Gaier and Clark Frasier at their slightly more casual eatery, MC Perkins Cove. A tongue-in-cheek menu lists everything from ““evil carbos”” to “”virtuous vegetables.””

Maine has a wealth of great dining options, but admittedly, Indian cuisine is not our strong point. However, Tulsi would be considered a bright spot in any state. Instead of sticking to one region of India, the menu at Tulsi explores them all, and is all the stronger for it.
