A Dream of Shoes

Rancourt and Co.’s 62 employees are mostly from the Lewiston- Auburn and Wilton areas. Kyle says, “Some were trained by my father and my grandfather, others were trained at home by relatives.” The youngest is 23; the oldest is 73.
