This shoot was inspired by the Seashore Trolley Museum, its historic significance, and a glimpse back at a time when life moved at a slower pace. The use of antique props—such as milk cans, luggage, wire birdcages, and lace tablecloths—were in keeping with the era of trolley travel. A vintage flatbed wagon was used to playfully display the wedding cake and accompanying desserts. A mixture of twigs, hay, and burlap reflected the era of “keeping it simple.” Incorporating autumn’s offerings of pumpkins, mums, and leafy vegetable plants added to the theme of old-time simplicity.
