Each year, Maine Cancer Foundation gathers over a thousand women in South Portland to swim, bike & run as they Tri for a Cure in Maine's only all-women's triathlon. Over 1,400 women participated last year, raising more than $1,380,000 to help the fight against cancer in Maine.
