Excellent, welcoming service is just the beginning of the dining experience at the Fiddlehead. Chef-owner Mel Chaiken’s cooking is a blend of influences from the Far East to Downeast, taking good advantage of fresh produce in season, some from the co-owner’s property. The cocktail list is similarly full of original creations that also make use of seasonal ingredients. Dinner at Fiddlehead is a must when visiting Bangor.
